Booking terms
  • Sessions are booked by the day before, and paid for when you book.
  • A tutor has until midnight at the end of the day before your session to confirm it. If it isn't confirmed by then, it's cancelled and fully refunded to your account balance automatically.
  • You can cancel for a full refund any time before the day of the session.
  • Once confirmed, cancelling on the day of the session is not refunded — and neither is a missed session.
  • If we decline or cancel your session, you always get a full refund. Refunds go to your account balance.
